Teams that could trade for Detroit Pistons next season

-Minnesota Timberwolves 

The star who B/R claimed the Pistons were a “sneaky destination” for is Karl-Anthony Towns, who could be shipped out if Minnesota wants to get their payroll under control. 

If so, Harris would almost have to be involved to make the salaries work and could be appealing to a Timberwolves team due to his short-term contract. 

They’d want more than just Harris, but chuck in one of the young players and a future draft pick and we are likely there, as there aren’t many teams in the position to take on the four years remaining on KAT’s contract. 

There are certainly other teams (Nuggets) who might call about Harris at some point, but the real trade market will develop when he is on an expiring deal. I’d be surprised to see him traded next season, but if some other team makes a star player available, it could happen.
