Brandon Jennings’ improbable game-winner – a shot made possible by Stan Van Gundy wisely not calling a timeout once the Pistons got the steal – left 0.1 seconds for the Spurs.

As Van Gundy knows, players are allowed to catch and shoot only if at least 0.3 seconds remain, meaning San Antonio had to try for a tip-in. How do you defend that situation?
