I doubt Stan Van Gundy holds any animosity for Grizzlies coach Dave Joerger, but this post-game handshake after the Pistons beat Memphis last night went extremely quickly – much more quickly than Joerger apparently anticipated.

In the unlikely event there’s a rift between the coaches, we probably won’t learn more until next season. The Pistons are done playing the Grizzlies this season.
