Are Pistons getting alternate jersey?

We saw mockups for a Christmas Day Pistons jersey, but it seems those were created for every team in case it played on Christmas.
It’s highly the small-market and losing Pistons play on Christmas. So, we’ll probably never see those jerseys.
But the Pistons are listed among teams in a catalog with an alternate jersey for next season, as noted by Paul Lukas of Uni Watch:
It’s possible the Pistons are just keeping their Motor City alternates, but would that require confidentiality? It seems this is something new.
