The Detroit Pistons’ ten best moments in the 2015-16 season

10. The Pistons beat the Chicago Bulls 147-144 in quadruple overtime
If ever there were two franchises you would not expect to put up a combined 291 points in a game, it’s probably the Detroit Pistons and Chicago Bulls. However, on December 18th, 2015, the two old rivals did battle at the United Center through four overtimes before the Pistons finally came away with a hard-earned victory.
The Pistons played just nine players, and all five starters played over 48 minutes, with Marcus Morris topping the list at 57 minutes.
Andre Drummond put up one of his best stat lines of the season, which was quite the feat in 2015-16 given the very high bar he set for himself this year. He scored 33 points on 14-of-25 shooting and hit five of his ten free throws, and added 21 rebounds before fouling out in the final overtime.
Reggie Jackson added 31 points and 13 assists as the Pistons took down what was their 16th win of the season at the time.
