Detroit Pistons’ rookie Luke Kennard is having a great start to his NBA career with back-to-back double digit scoring games. Moreover, he’s shown that he has much better handles and court vision than he’s been given credit for. Hear him talk about his game, transition to the NBA with future hall of famer Vince Carter.

Detroit Pistons fans have to be pleased with what they have seen from Luke Kennard so far.

In two games in Orlando, he’s averaging 15 points and shooting 45.5% from behind the arc to go along with 3 rebounds, 3 assists, 1.5 steals, and 100% from the free throw line.

Because of his play and status as a first round pick, Kenanrd got a chance to interview with future hall of famer Vince Carter.

I am thoroughly impressed with Kennard so far. It’s just summer league, but he’s given no inclination that he won’t be able to step in for the Pistons and fill their shooting needs right away.
