Andre Drummond: B+

Drummond came out of the gates on fire in the one, carrying over his play from his epic performance against the Pacers Wednesday night. In the first quarter, the Pistons were running their offense through Drummond, and he was getting anything he wanted inside against the Hawks.

In the second half, however, Drummond followed suit with most of his teammates and faded down the stretch. The offense stopped running through him for some reason, and it made it difficult for him to get himself involved in the offense.

Drummond still put up great numbers on both ends of the court, going for 21 points, 12 rebounds, and four steals. Drummond has made his presence known on the defensive end of the floor in a big way in both games this season, and he is proving to be an anchor for them on that end.

Despite not having a huge output in the second half, his defense and rebounding was still solid, and he still did enough to warrant a good grade. Now, he just needs his teammates to pick it up around him.

This was a rough loss, but it’s a long season, and the Pistons will look to get back on track against the 76ers on Saturday night in Detroit.
