Detroit Pistons: Drafting Jalen Green with the #3 pick in the NBA Draft

With Mobley off the board you only have two of the consensus top four left in Green and Suggs, so you must think Green is the guy.

A lot of people think this, so you are not alone, and if you think you are still getting the best player, then grabbing a bunch of future trade assets and Sexton was a pretty smart move.

  • PG- Killian Hayes/Saben Lee
  • SG- Jalen Green/Collin Sexton/Hamidou Diallo/Frank Jackson
  • SF- Saddiq Bey/ Josh Jackson
  • PF- Jerami Grant/Sekou Doumbouya
  • C-Isaiah Stewart/Mason Plumlee

Your scoring problem should be solved, as you now have two dynamic scorers in Green and Sexton, who is your sixth man off the bench.

This team can still defend and has more offensive upside than most of the other options but it’s not a very big team event though most of the guys can guard more than one spot.

In short, I don’t hate the team you’ve built and this team might make the playoffs in the Eastern Conference. The problem is that you only have Sexton locked up for one more season and he will probably be your team’s leading scorer, then want a max contract.

But that’s your problem!
