Detroit Pistons: Drafting Jalen Johnson and Corey Kispert with picks #7 and 14 in the NBA Draft.

This team potentially has more shooting than if you took Barnes, but isn’t as versatile defensively. It is a very deep roster that has some pieces but might still lack the superstar.

  • PG- Killian Hayes/Saben Lee
  • SG- Saddiq Bey/Hamidou Diallo/Frank Jackson
  • SF- Jalen Johnson/Josh Jackson/Corey Kispert
  • PF- Jerami Grant/Sekou Doumbouya
  • C-Isaiah Stewart/James Wiseman/Mason Plumlee

This team has a pretty good balance of defense and scoring, especially if Wiseman becomes more of a stretch type who can play with Beef Stew.

You have a potentially elite defense with long, athletic guys all over the place who can all defend multiple spots. You also have two future draft picks that might be sweeteners in a trade, but keep in mind they are Golden State’s, so they might be in the 20’s.

I’d say this roster would probably get you run out of the Detroit Pistons’ facilities pretty quickly and would have you looking for GM jobs in some lesser European league where they just learned about basketball.
