Evan Mobley, who many believe could be the number two player taken in the NBA Draft, did not work out for the Detroit Pistons.
If the Pistons were truly serious about going with someone other than Cade Cunningham, then wouldn’t they at least work out the other top guys?

I know Weaver is reportedly high on Jalen Green, but there is no way he would just assume Green was the guy over Cade and not even get Mobley in for a work out, especially when Weaver is reportedly high on him too.
If a team were truly doing more than just going trough the motions of due diligence, then they’d leave no stone unturned and would almost certainly have a consensus top-3 guy in for a work out.
This tells me that after all the speculation and smoke clears, the Detroit Pistons are going to take Cade Cunningham in the NBA Draft.
