Detroit Pistons: Can Jamorko Pickett come out of nowhere and make the team?

If you don’t know who Jamorko Pickett is you are not alone, as the undrafted senior out of Georgetown did not get much hype pre-Summer League.

He has had two strong games in a row, scoring 18 against the Knicks and 13 against the Lakers while adding 8 rebounds and a block.

Pickett has great size for the position at 6-foot-9 and has shot the 3-pointer well so far, which is something the Pistons could potentially use.

We know Weaver likes long players who can defend, so if Pickett is going to come out of nowhere to get a two-way contract, he’ll need to show he can bring it on that end.

Another big game from him and the Detroit Pistons are going to have to make a tough call for the two-way contracts.

The Pistons have already committed to Isaiah Livers, but their two-way contracts are still up for grabs. Will one of these players step up in the finale? It will be fun to watch.
