Detroit Pistons: Optimistic predictions for the bench mob

The Detroit Pistons had the best bench in the NBA last season and I predict it will be top-5 again this season, mostly because of these three guys.

Frank Jackson: Frank Jackson will be the second-leading scorer off the bench and shoot over 40 percent from 3-point range for the second year in a row, solidifying him as one of the best value contracts in the league.

Josh Jackson: Josh Jackson will have a breakout season where he averages 15 points, 4.5 assists and 5 rebounds per game while shooting more than 35 percent from long range.

Hamidou Diallo: Diallo will be second on the team in blocked shots and will be a top-10 rebounding guard in the NBA.

The veteran leaders

Kelly Olynyk: Kelly Olynyk will hit more than 40 percent of his 3-point shots, lead the bench in scoring and finish top-5 for the Most Improved Player award.

Jerami Grant: Grant will make his first All-Star team as a power forward in the Eastern Conference. He will not be traded for Ben Simmons.
