We are only 15 games into the season but things are looking grim for the Detroit Pistons.

They have only won three games, Cade Cunningham and Isaiah Stewart are both hurt, and they are hitting the road for a six-game trip that starts with a back-to-back.

Things might be ugly for Detroit before December arrives, which could make them sellers on the trade market. It’s terrible to already be talking about this, and I was hoping we wouldn’t be having these conversations this early, or at all this season.

But there are two teams looking to deal already and the Detroit Pistons could help grease a trade and pick up some assets.

The Milwaukee Bucks are reportedly looking to trade Grayson Allen and would like to add a defender, with the Suns’ Jae Crowder as a possibility. The Suns are looking to add firepower and are reportedly one of the teams that has inquired about Bojan Bogdanovic along with the Los Angeles Lakers.

So is there a deal to be made, and would it benefit the Detroit Pistons?

Detroit Pistons: 3-way trade with Bucks and Suns

This trade was suggested to me by @D_D_Pistons_Fan on Twitter and it’s an interesting one, as it asks the question of how much is enough to trade Bojan Bogdanovic this season.

In this trade, the Bucks get their defender in Jae Crowder, the Suns get their firepower and the Pistons move Bogs for more than they gave up for him.

There is nothing specific brewing here as far as I know, but I do think it represents the type of package the Detroit Pistons might be able to get if they were to trade Bojan Bogdanovic.

He cannot be moved until after December 15th after recently signing an extension, but that is less than a month away, so it’s not too early to start evaluating such possibilities, especially if the Pistons keep losing.

This one has plenty of pros and cons.
