Detroit Pistons: Trade with the Denver Nuggets

The Nuggets and Pistons have loosely been connected, as it has been reported that Detroit may have some interest in Bones Hyland, or at least has in the past.

We came up with some possibilities for a Bones Hyland trade, and this seems to be the one that would most interest the Nuggets.

The Nuggets want a first-round pick and a player for Bones Hyland and this deal is very close, as the Pistons’ second-round pick this season would currently be the 32nd overall.

Burks is a player who can help them now, and they’d still get a potentially useful pick. In exchange, the Pistons get a guy who has potential star power on the offensive end and could be an elite bench scorer as the primary option getting a lot of minutes.

His fit is somewhat questionable on the Pistons, but Detroit needs talent and Bones has it. I see this one as an extreme long shot, but Hyland is definitely a name to watch at the deadline.
