Chucky Atkins

There just weren’t that many players under 6-feet who made significant contributions to the organization, but Chucky Atkins was damn sure one of them. He was naturally obscured and overshadowed by the greatness of Rip Hamilton and Chauncey Billups, in particular. Yet he belonged on this list, even if he was the only sub 6-foot representative that made it (a small handful of others had a case).
