The Detroit Pistons will almost certainly finish their second straight season with the worst record in the NBA. The only question now is what they are going to do about it.

The Pistons will once again be armed with a top-5 draft pick, cap space and open roster spots to make moves this offseason, but they had all of those things last summer and miraculously got worse.

We know there will at least be surface-level changes, but will the Detroit Pistons clean house when it comes to their roster, coaching staff and front office? Here are some gut odds for each.

Chances the Pistons revamp their roster: 100%

The Pistons have no choice but to retool their roster again, as they only have eight players under contract for next season, so without question, there will be changes.

But how much will change? Will the Pistons do what they did last summer and just add a few washed role players and teenagers to this mess? Will they overpay for an impact free agent? Make a big trade? Shake up the core?

I'm less certain about any of those, but the roster will be reworked one way or another.

Chances the Pistons fire Monty Williams: 25%

As bad as the team has been this season, you can't put it all on Monty Williams, as he didn't build the roster and has only had one season to work with it.

It's fair to say that he hasn't maximized the talent he has, but given how little that is, it's hard to see him getting fired over it, especially when he still has six guaranteed seasons left on his contract.

Tom Gores has eaten a ton of money as owner of the Pistons, but is he really going to pay Williams that much to go away? I don't see it, especially when Gores was the one who went over his GM's head to hire Monty in the first place.

Chances the Pistons fire Troy Weaver: 49%

It may not be satisfying or the answer you were hoping for, but I am still 50/50 on whether the Detroit Pistons fire Troy Weaver, with a slight edge to "no, they will not."

The Pistons have failed to win 80 games combined in Weaver's tenure, which would be enough to get most GMs fired, but if they were going to move on from Weaver, why haven't they done it?

It would be illogical to let him make all of those deadline trades if you were just going to fire him anyway, so my gut tells me that Weaver will get another shot at this.

I know, I'm not excited about it either, but it's hard for men with the type of egos we are talking about here to admit they were wrong and move on. They are more likely to double down, so stay tuned, as the Pistons have a roster that needs to be rebuilt again, a coach who may not want to be here and a GM under pressure to make a huge move even if it does long-term damage to the team.

Buckle up, as this is going to be the wildest offseason in recent memory.
