Grayson Allen

Every time I mention Grayson Allen I get told how he is dirty and that fans don't like him. What they would like is him shooting 46.8 percent on five 3-point attempts per game in a Pistons' uniform.

Detroit needs a little spark and I do love the way Allen plays with a high motor and rebounds well for a guard. But most importantly, he shoots and makes a lot of 3-point shots.

Buddy Hield

Hield is set up to be one of the top-paid free agents of the offseason and for good reason.

Not only is he a reliable player who rarely misses games, but since joining the league he's made the 2nd-most 3-point shots in the NBA, just behind Stephen Curry and ahead of James Harden.

He's a guy you have to account for and stay tight on, the exact type of player the Pistons are currently lacking, which is what has led to their woeful offense.

Troy Weaver has done a terrible job of collecting shooters to put around Cade Cunningham and that has to change if they want to see the best version of their franchise player.
