2012-2013 Record: 34-48

Additions: D.J. Augustin, Steve Novak, Austin Daye, Tyler Hansbrough, Quentin Richardson, Dwight Buycks

Subtractions: John Lucas III, Andrea Bargnani, Marcus Camby, Linas Kleiza, Alan Anderson

– The Raptors made some major moves over the last six months that have seemed to rejuvenate the Toronto fans. The addition of Rudy Gay during last years Trade Deadline, and unloading forward Andrea Bargnani to New York, has helped give new life to the team playing across the border.

Not to mention that Toronto already has a steady group of guys that can help make a playoff push this next year. Point guard Kyle Lowry is still leading the Raptors, and big man prospect Jonas Valunciunas played exceptionally well in the Las Vegas Summer League in July.

Toronto has some pieces to help push for the playoffs, but I don’t think they have enough to take a spot away from the teams listed later. The Raptors are in the worst position possible in the NBA, the “Good, but not good enough” stage.

2013-2014 Prediction: 35-47
